4 months!
Hudson turned 4 months this past Friday. Its really hard to believe it has been that long, but its also hard to remember what it was like without him:) He has fulfilled our lives in so many ways and brought so much joy to us in just this short amount of time. I still tear up on a regular basis just looking at him:) But enough blubbering!
We had a great weekend with him. Saturday ended up being pretty nice so we got to spend some time outside with him....which he loves. He did however decide Saturday afternoon that he had no use for naps and pretty much stayed awake from about 1pm until his bedtime at about 7:15...so you can imagine what kind of mood he was in by late afternoon. He is such a sleep fighter...well nap fighter would probably be a better term considering he sleeps wonderfully at night...knock on wood:) Here are some recent pics!

Happy Easter
Well...today marks Hudson's very first Easter:) We had a great day with him! He of course had no clue what was going on and was probably wondering what all the fuss and picture taking was about. But nonetheless he got his basket of goodies and was dressed up like all the rest:) It was nice to get to spend time with both sides of the family...feel so fortunate to have everyone so close. Here are a few pics from the day!

Talkin:)
Hudson has become quite the "talker" these days! Its so cute when he gets on a roll and goes back and forth with you....just had to try and catch it on video. I know its sounds like just a bunch of "ooohs" but I promise we are having a really great conversation;) He's so much fun. Have a great Easter weekend...we can't wait to celebrate Hudson's first!

It's here and WE love it!:)
My new jogging stroller has finally arrived and I could hardly wait to try it out! Luckily the weather cooperated this weekend and Hudson and I got the chance to hit the pavement. The univsersal infant seat adapter that was suppose to come with it is on backorder...go figure...but I was able to securely strap our little man in the actual stroller just fine. I'm sure by the time it gets here he won't need to be in the infant seat at all anymore! Tyler and I....along with Maggie and Oliver...started out with just a walk on Saturday to make sure he liked it. Then on Sunday, I went for actual run with him and he did great...went right to sleep. SO needless to say...I am very happy with my purchase...I highly recommend the Bumbleride Indie for those shopping for a top of the line jogger!
Hudson definitely enjoys the nice weather, as do I...but he was a little fussy this weekend. I have a sneaking suspicion he has started teething...poor guy. He is full of drool and wants to chew on everything! He'll really naw on your finger if you stick it in his mouth. I gave him a cold teething ring this weekend when he was doing some out of the ordinary fussing and it seemed to give him some relief. I wouldn't be surprised to see a tooth sprout up in the next month or so! Where did my litte teeny tiny baby go?

Rollin'
Hudson started rolling over about a week or so before he hit 3 months. Its hard to catch him on video because he doesn't always do it every time he's on his tummy. He does it on his terms...what a surprise! Its so cute and when you get excited for him he gets pretty proud of himself:) I had my camera ready this morning and caught one good roll, although not much excitement from him after the roll...I think he's catching on to the whole being taped thing:) Have a great Wednesday!
